• Support Civic Nation hub teams in the management, optimization, and adoption of HubSpot and related platforms — ensuring accurate data collection, clean reporting, and consistent standards across programs and campaigns. • Create, maintain, and continuously improve HubSpot workflows, automations, properties, lists, and reporting processes to ensure effective tracking and evaluation. • Manage and support HubSpot Membership modules, including audience segmentation, membership tracking, and engagement reporting. • Support the integration of paid media and advertising platforms with HubSpot to improve lead capture, attribution, audience management, and reporting. • Develop and maintain campaign tracking frameworks using UTM parameters and attribution standards across digital marketing, email, advertising, and partner campaigns. • Partner with hub teams to establish consistent data collection processes and reporting standards. • Other reasonable and related duties as assigned.
• 1+ years of experience in a nonprofit or political environment supporting data management, digital campaigns, or CRM operations. • Demonstrated experience with HubSpot required. • Preferred experience with CRM management, email marketing, workflows, reporting, and audience segmentation.
