📋 Description

• Partner with engineering teams to help shape, maintain, and advance product roadmaps. • Gather and incorporate customer feedback to inform product priorities and decisions. • Coordinate across engineering, sales, and marketing to keep product initiatives moving forward. • Support go-to-market planning and product launch activities. • Balance multiple stakeholder needs and priorities while maintaining focus on customer and business outcomes. • Contribute to an agile product development environment and help strengthen day-to-day product practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. • One to two years of product management experience, or related experience in customer support, technical support, user experience, engineering, or another software-focused function. • Experience working in a SaaS or B2B software environment. • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate with a range of stakeholders. • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. • Experience with Jira and agile development practices is preferred. • Experience with Pendo is helpful. • Experience working with or supporting local government is preferred.
