📋 Description

• Answer questions over phone, text, and email as the first line of support • Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction • Become a product expert on Clair’s signup process, earned wage advance (EWA), and repayment products • Learn the ins and outs of earned wage advance support and the on-demand pay space • Mediate between product teams, tech teams, partner teams, and Clair users • Work closely with colleagues invested in Clair’s users and mission

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer support role • 1+ years experience using Zendesk • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining tough concepts to customers • Aptitude for numbers and math • Desire to understand hourly workers and their financial challenges • Commitment to helping Clair succeed in serving hourly workers • Excitement about joining an early startup in the fintech space and learning all things EWA • Team-player attitude and readiness to work hard • Availability to work a shift from 9-6pm MT (11-8pm ET) and 7am-4pm MT (9-6 ET) • Ability to work in the United States; sponsorship question included in application
