📋 Description

• Deliver virtual physical therapy services to students through a secure teletherapy platform. • Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess students' physical and functional needs. • Design and implement individualized therapy plans that align with each student's IEP goals. • Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success. • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide recommendations to support student outcomes. • Track student performance, adjust treatment strategies as needed, and document progress accurately. • Prepare and maintain timely therapy notes, progress reports, and required compliance documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills. • Hold an active California Physical Therapist license or be eligible to obtain licensure. • Ability to provide remote services while meeting all California state and school district requirements. • Previous experience in school-based practice or teletherapy is preferred but not required. • Passionate about helping students enhance mobility, independence, and participation in the educational environment.
