📋 Description

• Leveraging your senior leadership network to identify and secure new business opportunities, effectively convincing leadership teams of the CMR value provided by our membership programmes. • Leading consultations with key pharmaceutical clients to facilitate deep-dive discussions around the CMR benchmarking data and programme membership. • Acting as a thought partner to the CMR team to shape the future of Global R&D and Clinical programmes. • Contributing to CMR’s external profile by generating content, including white papers, articles, and presentations, that reinforces our position as a leader within R&D benchmarking.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant scientific or business field • 10 Years of Relevant leadership experience in portfolio management, clinical operations, or benchmarking within a Top 20 Pharmaceutical company or a Top 5 global consultancy • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) • A proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders to communicate complex value propositions and drive business growth. • Demonstrated ability to translate data into high-impact industry analysis, with a portfolio of professional presentations or peer-reviewed journal articles that have shaped industry discourse. • Advanced skills in interpreting large-scale benchmarking datasets to provide nuanced strategic insights that address the most pressing challenges in life sciences R&D and operations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
