📋 Description

• Lead execution of a nationwide Joint Training Readiness Services contract supporting the National Guard Bureau • Provide overall contract leadership, customer engagement, staffing oversight, quality assurance, and strategic direction • Serve as the primary interface with Government leadership • Provide technical and functional expertise supporting Joint Training System processes, readiness assessments, and mission essential task development • Support Joint Mission Essential Task List (JMETL) development • Support Mission Essential Task assessments • Develop annual Joint Training Plans

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years Joint Training experience • Extensive knowledge of Joint Training System processes • Experience developing Joint Mission Essential Task Lists (JMETLs) • Experience supporting Mission Essential Task assessments • Experience developing annual Joint Training Plans • Familiarity with CJCS Joint Training publications • Active Secret Clearance Required
