📋 Description

• Support National Guard Bureau Joint Training Readiness Services (JTRS) program activities • Support Joint Training System execution • Support readiness reporting and exercise planning • Conduct mission assessments and training support activities across the National Guard enterprise • Support readiness planning, training assessments, and coordination throughout designated National Guard regions • Coordinate multi-state or regional activities • Facilitate and coordinate training and readiness activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum 7 years supporting military readiness or training programs • Experience supporting Joint Training programs • Experience coordinating multi-state or regional activities • Knowledge of Joint Training System methodology • Experience with Joint Training Plans and readiness assessments • Strong facilitation and coordination skills • Active Secret Clearance Required
