📋 Description

• Serve as the US-based anchor for the Public Sector Business Applications team and collaborate with the global Business Applications team • Partner with executive and senior-level stakeholders to define, shape, and align technology strategy with GTM business goals • Own the full solution lifecycle, including discovery, requirements translation, functional specifications, and scalable solution design • Analyze current-state processes, recommend future-state improvements, and identify cross-topic dependencies • Configure Salesforce and manage enhancements, including Flows, Case Management, Knowledge, and Experience Sites • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices • Promote change management, global release planning, executive communication, and training/adoption measurement strategies • Influence cross-functional technology roadmaps and prioritization based on strategic business value • Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend and manage adoption of relevant features • Act as the link between GTM stakeholders such as RevOps and Marketing Operations and technology execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience with Salesforce • Deep focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality and architecture • Ability to configure Salesforce Flows and Automation • Ability to configure Case Management and Service Console functionality • Ability to configure Knowledge Articles and Experience Site (Community) • Familiarity with data management tools, iPaaS solutions, or third-party AppExchange solutions • Business systems analysis experience with enterprise applications beyond Salesforce, such as Clari, Gainsight, Marketing Automation platforms, or CPQ solutions • Understanding of Federal sales cycles and contract structures, including multi-year deal modeling, Base + Option Years, and Federal ARR/TCV calculations within Salesforce • US Citizenship Required • Preferred: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certifications • Preferred: Experience supporting and managing MSP contracts, vendor relationships, and budgets, including delivering executive briefings • Preferred: Experience working in a High-Growth Tech environment
