📋 Description

• Operate across the business: take on the highest-priority operational work across Clasp's products • Stand up new processes: design, document, and make repeatable processes • Act as GM of a new vertical: own a line end to end, the strategy, the operations, and the outcomes • Act as PM when needed: write requirements, prioritize, and drive delivery with Engineering • Bring the analysis: use data and models to focus and size the impact
