📋 Description

• Run roadmap and sprint planning for the Data and Foundations & Integrations pods • Keep two engineering teams focused, unblocked, and shipping • Break large efforts into milestones and communicate progress and risk • Prioritize work and make capacity trade-offs • Own customer data synchronization from SFTP ingestion through API integrations • Make partner onboarding faster, more repeatable, and less dependent on engineering • Design validation, monitoring, and recovery paths for integration failures • Lead enterprise-readiness work such as SCIM provisioning • Own end-user communications across email, in-product, and emerging AI chat channels • Provide visibility into what communications are sent, to whom, and why • Own internal staff tools, user impersonation, and workflows • Improve UAT environments and engineering foundations • Partner with the data team to create a single source of truth • Set the vision for customer-facing and internal reporting • Shape the roadmap with the Director of Product and collaborate with other Product Managers across Clasp Talent and Clasp Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience • 3+ years in product management (5+ for Senior) • Technical depth in SQL, data models, APIs, webhooks, file-based integrations, authentication, and provisioning patterns • Hands-on experience owning or shipping customer or partner integrations, including SFTP, APIs, SSO/SCIM, or similar • Experience running roadmaps and sprint planning for engineering teams, ideally across more than one team at a time • Understanding of the modern data stack, including warehouses, pipelines, and BI • Hands-on experimentation with LLMs, MCP, or agents • Strong written and verbal communication • Fintech, lending, HR tech, or healthcare experience is a plus • Experience in a regulated industry is a plus • Notification or messaging experience is a plus • Experience building or replacing an internal tools stack is a plus • Eastern or Central time zone residence • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer; this role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
