📋 Description
• Help create world class, accessible digital experiences for educational software. • Collaborate closely with product and engineering partners to solve complex problems. • Lead UX and product design efforts from concept through final execution using Figma. • Apply accessibility best practices and WCAG compliance standards across all design work. • Leverage user research, data, and insights to inform and validate design decisions. • Participate in product and design meetings to contribute ideas and solve complex product challenges. • Present and clearly articulate design concepts, rationale, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. • 3–5+ years of UX design experience working on collaborative teams. • A portfolio that shows a strong understanding of the complete UX design process, from research to final design. • Proficiency in Figma and modern UX design tools. • Proven ability to design accessible, user-friendly, and inclusive digital experiences.
