📋 Description

• Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered web and mobile applications aligned with business and user needs. • Create wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and functionality. • Collaborate with IT development teams to translate designs into functional, high-quality digital products. • Translate complex business requirements into clear and usable software design solutions. • Provide recommendations on best practices, user flow improvements, and current UI/UX trends to enhance product usability and overall experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or commensurate work experience required • 7 years of experience in software product and user experience design required • 3 years of experience with Design software including Figma and other packages required • Experience working cross functionally to deliver quality solutions • Attention to detail and accuracy required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
