📋 Description

• Oversee our external accounting team in month-end and quarter-end close, ensuring accurate and timely US GAAP financial statements, and building scalable multi-dimensional reporting • Lead automation and AI-driven initiatives to streamline accounting workflows, including ERP selection and implementation, and continuous improvement of systems and processes • Oversee accounting operations, including vendor onboarding, accounts payable, expenses, and corporate cards, ensuring efficient, scalable processes and strong internal controls • Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors, overseeing audit readiness and compliance across sales tax and income tax reporting • Partner cross-functionally with Strategic Finance, Legal, IT, and People to support business operations and drive key initiatives, including audits and potential M&A activity

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of accounting experience (public + industry preferred) • Proven track record of owning close processes and driving efficiency to cut down time to close • Drive for challenging the status quo and re-designing accounting operation processes for scale • Detail-oriented yet pragmatic, with strong judgment and a process-driven mindset focused on scalability and continuous improvement • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving environments • CPA preferred but not required • Experience with multi-entity reporting and consolidations • Experience with NetSuite, Rillet, Campfire, Ramp, or Zip • Experience overseeing external tax partners
