📋 Description

• Supervise, mentor, and train accounting staff. • Perform first-level review of journal entries and financial statements to ensure accuracy. • Identify, develop, and implement streamlined accounting procedures. • Ensure compliance with Federal WIOA, local, State, and corporate policies. • Direct fiscal operations relating to financial planning and reporting. • Lead the preparation and maintenance of project budgets and forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field. • 7+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. • Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Proven experience with budgeting and forecasts across multiple funding streams (specifically WIOA or government contracting) is highly preferred. • Advanced MS Excel and Accounting Software skills.
