📋 Description
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with commercial energy customers • Assist customers with billing, payments, and account questions • Review and process energy incentive applications • Support customers through phone, email, and online chat • Maintain detailed and accurate account documentation • Follow all compliance and confidentiality guidelines • Perform additional administrative and back-office duties as needed
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of professional work experience • 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office programs • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to focus on repetitive data tasks with strong attention to detail • Ability to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
