📋 Description

• Serve as a key leader driving sales execution, revenue growth, operational excellence, performance improvement, and leadership effectiveness across the field organization • Provide operational and day-to-day management for the Field Performance and Improvement Program • Directly oversee a team of field performance leaders • Lead center selection, performance monitoring, intervention planning, and graduation criteria for network performance improvement programs • Support initiatives to improve sales, operational, financial, and patient experience metrics • Partner with Regional Business Directors, center leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement targeted improvement strategies • Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements to methodology, performance targets, and accountability structures • Analyze performance data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas requiring additional support • Build and execute tailored action plans to accelerate business performance • Maintain performance benchmarks, monitoring mechanisms, and success metrics • Ensure sustainable performance gains through coaching, follow-up, and accountability processes • Onboard, train, coach, and mentor Regional Business Directors and emerging field leaders • Develop leadership programs, tools, resources, and best practices to improve operational excellence, business acumen, performance management, coaching effectiveness, and leadership consistency • Support implementation and day-to-day execution of new performance strategies • Create processes and employ change management tactics to drive initiative adoption and execution • Monitor performance, identify barriers, coordinate cross-functional solutions, and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a closely related field (e.g., Organizational Leadership, Health Sciences) • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, field leadership, business performance, or operational excellence roles • 5+ years of experience leading performance improvement initiatives across multiple locations or regions • Demonstrated success driving operational and financial results through coaching and leadership development • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influence skills • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50-75%, as needed) • Preferred: Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline) • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, dental, medical services, or other multi-unit service organizations • Preferred: Experience developing leadership training programs and succession planning initiatives • Preferred: Knowledge of performance management systems, operational metrics, and business analytics • Effectively leverages AI agents • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Collaboration Tools
