📋 Description

• Represent customer organizations across retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors in an assigned territory • Support a rebate program promoting energy-efficient products, ensuring compliance and driving participation • Promote energy-efficient products through in-store merchandising, table events, promotions, and training • Visit retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors on a recurring weekly schedule • Verify point-of-sale materials and rebate-eligible product placements • Schedule and support promotional events in assigned locations • Act as the local, on-site program representative to customers and contractors • Build and maintain relationships to encourage participation and overcome program barriers • Document customer and contractor interactions according to program requirements • Maintain current accounts while identifying and onboarding new opportunities • Travel extensively throughout the Gettysburg region • Work primarily from a home office while traveling daily within the assigned territory • Attend occasional team meetings at the Bridgeville, PA headquarters, approximately 1–2 times per year

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant retail, merchandising, or customer-facing experience preferred • High School Diploma or Associate Degree required • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage time independently and follow a structured visit schedule • Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis • Must reside within a commutable distance of Gettysburg, PA • Valid driver's license required for driving positions • Satisfactory driving record and clean driving record maintained as an ongoing requirement • Successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment drug test • Must meet applicable DOT qualification requirements, if applicable • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful completion of pre-employment checks
