📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operation of teams conducting residential energy audits (2-3/day), installing energy-efficient equipment, pre/post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory • Review inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements and compliance measures • Troubleshoot escalated technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications • Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers • Travel throughout a defined territory with a company provided vehicle

🎯 Requirements

• Over 7 years of relevant industry experience – including auditing, home inspections, home equipment installation • Over 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a field service setting • High school diploma or GED required • BPI Certification preferred
