📋 Description

• Oversee contractor network delivering in-home energy assessments and audits for low-income customers • Identify eligible energy efficiency and weatherization measures • Oversee installation of energy-saving measures in customer homes • Educate customers on energy efficiency, safety, and available program benefits • Manage field data collection and documentation • Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with program and contract requirements • Coordinate with community action agencies, trade allies, and internal teams • Schedule visits and track project timelines • Ensure field work meets quality, health, and safety standards • Ensure proper use of testing equipment

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant field, construction, HVAC, or energy efficiency experience • High school diploma or equivalent required • Relevant certifications such as BPI or HERS are a plus • Bachelor's degree preferred • Valid driver's license • Reliable transportation for travel to customer homes • Meet all applicable DOT qualification requirements, if applicable • Comply with federal, state, and local transportation regulations, if applicable • Authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
