📋 Description

• Perform day-to-day support interacting with customers and contractors • Document issues, solutions and interactions accurately • Answer queries by telephone, email, or within the ticket tracking system • Maintain and update records and tracking databases • Coordinate with senior staff for recurring issues • Perform Tier 1 customer and contractor service related to program and systems

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in New York State • High School Diploma Required • Strong written and verbal skills • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations • 1 year of call center experience preferred • 1 year of Microsoft Suite preferred • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
