📋 Description

• Partner with business units across the enterprise to document current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization • Gather, document, and validate business requirements for cross-functional process improvement initiatives • Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for standardization across departments • Support prioritization of the enterprise process improvement pipeline in partnership with leadership • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide process excellence standards, frameworks, playbooks, and documentation • Ensure process documentation is current, clear, and actively used across business units • Serve as a liaison between operations, business units, and other functional teams on enterprise process excellence initiatives • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews across business units to surface pain points and improvement opportunities • Collaborate with process owners and technology teams to translate improvement opportunities into actionable initiatives • Support change management and communication planning for enterprise process initiatives • Track, measure, and report on efficiency, quality, and cost outcomes of process excellence initiatives • Provide leadership with enterprise-wide visibility into process performance trends and improvement outcomes • Maintain awareness of automation and AI-enabled tools relevant to process improvement and flag potential opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations excellence • Demonstrated experience with process mapping, business requirements gathering, and data analysis • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with reporting or business intelligence tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting findings to stakeholders across departments • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments and business units • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies preferred • Experience supporting organizational change management preferred • General awareness of automation or AI-enabled tools preferred; hands-on experience is a plus but not required • Background screening, HR technology, or B2B SaaS industry experience preferred
