📋 Description
• Assist with all water and sewer infrastructure needs at project sites throughout the southeast • Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and performing field duties • Comply with environmental regulations and company policies • Maintain open and effective communication with plant supervisors and team members regarding any issues, adjustments, or equipment malfunctions
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Proven experience operating dredge units or heavy equipment in water treatment facilities, construction, or similar settings • Familiarity with water treatment processes and the handling of chemicals for treatment purposes • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving equipment and materials • Basic understanding of sludge removal and disposal procedures • Proficiency in remote control operation and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new equipment and technologies • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness in a field environment • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing work schedules when necessary • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
