📋 Description

• Lead early clinical, operational, and technical workflow-discovery discussions. • Assess integration, image-routing, infrastructure, security, resourcing, dependency, and implementation risks before contracting. • Partner with Sales and Solutions Architecture to establish the preliminary implementation approach, scope, timeline, and client expectations. • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Cleerly for new and expanded clients in hospitals, health systems, cardiology practices and imaging centers, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Develop and manage project plans and timelines to drive successful project delivery. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, information technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. • 7+ years of experience in implementation management • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • Must have strong understanding of hospital, health system, and imaging center operations with a focus in EMR/ EHR integration and order sets.
