📋 Description

• Install, monitor, and customize clients' patient care infrastructure systems after hardware or software purchase • Install and configure patient monitoring, telemetry, CARESCAPE network, CARESCAPE Gateway, and related solutions • Assess and remediate existing infrastructure to support new-solution installation • Perform installation, validation, and connectivity on assigned equipment • Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Network Design and Digital Services, customer IT, and biomedical teams • Develop and maintain customer relationships and communications • Identify customer needs, ensure resolution, follow-up, and customer satisfaction • Consult with IT and biomedical teams on installation requirements and cybersecurity concerns • Mentor and coach local field engineers on installed solutions • Maintain customer service logs, internal service records, technical project plans, technical walkthroughs, and post-warranty customer conversations • Manage vendor services as needed • Instruct personnel on equipment operation, diagnostics, effective use, and repair • Support engineering for new product releases • Travel a minimum of 90%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent experience • 4+ years of experience installing and configuring network equipment • 1+ year of demonstrated leadership experience • Demonstrated experience communicating and remediating enterprise networking infrastructure • Demonstrated experience implementing disaster recovery procedures • Current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices • Understanding of cybersecurity vulnerabilities • Certified in CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or CCWA (desired) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
