📋 Description

• Lead and participate in meetings with provider organization leadership and internal teams, driving EMR integration implementations from planning through go-live and beyond • Deliver implementations involving SMART-on-FHIR applications, HL7/FHIR services, proprietary APIs, CCDA data retrieval, and other interoperability technologies • Serve as the primary point of contact accountable for provider EMR integration success • Partner with Customer Success on pre-implementation scoping, planning, readiness assessments, security questionnaires, IT resource allocation, and governance • Coordinate technical EMR implementation with provider onboarding tasks alongside Clinical Operations and Customer Success • Manage project notes, action items, timelines, decisions, and implementation-system data • Coordinate client teams and third-party partners including Epic, athena, and Redox • Investigate and resolve issues through cross-team collaboration • Manage project timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments • Execute administrative setup, test-data setup, system configuration, product demonstrations, training, issue investigation, and problem solving • Facilitate functional testing, comprehensive UAT, and production migration validation • Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions with colleagues • Partner with Support Engineers on technical execution, integration-health monitoring, and applicable metrics reporting • Use standardized processes, templates, and self-service tools • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies • Communicate accurate project updates and statuses to stakeholders and internal leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 3+ years implementing complex healthcare software with provider practices • 3+ years implementing integration technology such as SMART-on-FHIR apps and HL7/FHIR services • Clear understanding of provider workflows, risk adjustment, and quality of care • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills • Excellent communication and expectation-setting skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proficiency with technical integration products and concepts, including APIs, data feeds, and EMR configuration • Ability to communicate clearly about EMR integration and interoperability topics and technologies • Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations • High ownership mindset and bias toward hands-on execution • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to build trust, demonstrate self-awareness, and interpersonal savvy • Situational adaptability and flexibility • Planning, alignment, and resourcefulness • Ability to balance stakeholders and manage conflict • Collaboration skills
