• Function as a liaison and administrative, technical or operational resource for ACGME-accredited training programs • Assist the Director with projects and daily tasks • Lead orientation and records management activities and ensure standards are maintained • Develop and update interdepartmental education programs • Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings • Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes • Identify milestones and deadlines and communicate project status and requirements • Research, analyze and organize information for presentations • Assist department leadership with large or complex projects and initiate or lead less complex projects • Manage expenses in Oracle, including reimbursements, invoices and procurement • Review and submit travel and vacation requests • Coordinate didactic scheduling, including room reservations • Analyze work hours and manage residency assignment schedules in QGenda • Assist with event planning, including graduation, Match Day and other events • Perform other duties as assigned
• Associate’s Degree and three years of administrative or project management experience; OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience • Strong computer skills and experience with software applications • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information • In some locations, ability to move to 25 pounds • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required • Must comply with the annual influenza vaccination program or obtain an approved exemption • Offers are followed by testing for controlled substances
