📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison and administrative, technical, and operational resource • Support more than 400 educators within the Center for Technology-Enhanced Knowledge and Instruction (cTEKI) who create and maintain courses in MyLearning (LMS) • Provide training, technical support, and troubleshooting to help educators develop and maintain effective courses • Identify process improvement opportunities • Develop communications and databases • Prepare budget summaries • Support implementation of policies and initiatives promoting an efficient workplace • Ensure required educational content supports regulatory compliance, certification requirements, and accreditation standards • Initiate or lead less complex projects • Coordinate policy evaluation and implementation • Lead orientation and records management activities • Develop and update interdepartmental education programs • Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation, and communication of meetings • Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes • Identify milestones and deadlines • Communicate project status and requirements • Research, analyze, and organize information for presentations • Assist department leadership with large or complex projects • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree and three years of administrative or project management experience • OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience • OR Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience • Strong computer skills and experience with software applications • May require a license based on department/institute needs • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field • Preferred: Healthcare or related organization experience • Preferred: Experience developing healthcare, financial or education programs • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information • In some locations, ability to move to 25 pounds • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required • Candidates must reside in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada
