📋 Description

• Coordinate, implement, and conduct low-workload, low-complexity human subject research projects • Maintain regulatory documents, binders, study data, IRB submissions, and research records • Complete Serious Adverse Event, safety log, FDA, sponsor, and other protocol-related forms as applicable • Communicate with sponsors, monitors, research personnel, and internal and external customers to ensure study compliance • Coordinate pre-site selection, site initiation, monitoring, webinar, and close-out visits • Assist investigators and research staff with protocol planning, evaluation, and subject recruitment • Monitor and report project status and research data quality • Complete regulatory documents, data capture, and monitoring plans • Attain and maintain delegated clinical competencies such as phlebotomy, vital signs, ECG, and point-of-care testing as required • Assist with audits and audit responses • Develop and maintain research tools such as spreadsheets, questionnaires, and brochures • Maintain study personnel certification records, including licenses, CVs, and CITI records • Document education and training of research personnel • Participate in informed consent processes • Contribute to research project budget development • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum two years clinical research or healthcare experience required • Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare or science field may offset experience requirement • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to take direction and appropriate action in a stressful environment • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software, and internet searches • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team • Within 90 days of hire, must successfully complete certification in Human Subjects Research • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information • In some locations, ability to move up to 25 pounds • Must follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required • Language required
