📋 Description

• Collect, validate and submit reliable data to clinical registries • Identify opportunities for refinement and quality improvement • Provide content expertise on program and registry requirements and guidelines to clinical teams and committees in a multi-hospital environment • Identify patients in clinical registries using strict criteria and protocols • Collect and validate data using applicable registry criteria and definitions • Establish and maintain adequate workflow for data collection • Submit accurate and timely data through the program's website according to targets and deadlines • Analyze data and reports to identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate with clinical departments and units on performance improvement initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Healthcare or a related field and three years of clinical experience or related research/registry experience • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or certification from an Allied Healthcare program and five years of experience • Associate’s degree in Science, Healthcare or a related field and five years of experience • Familiarity with medical record documentation and mainframe systems for patient information • Current valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license may be required for some positions • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information • In some locations, ability to move up to 10 pounds • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required • Must reside in Northeast Ohio
