📋 Description

• Manage the lifecycle, governance, and innovation of digital solutions across service lines • Own the Luminai platform as a product • Build the strategic product roadmap and translate it into actionable execution plans • Collaborate with the Luminai vendor team to drive outcomes and continuously improve the platform • Work cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and engineering teams • Define product vision and manage end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation through deployment • Lead planning and execution to expand product capabilities and value • Drive delivery of business value across products • Expand product capabilities to meet business and clinical requirements • Use data analytics to guide decisions, iteratively refine products, and report measurable outcomes to senior leadership • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams on scalable digital architecture • Champion transformative digital solutions for evolving healthcare needs • Set timelines and milestones and evaluate product success • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on product vision, progress, and outcomes • Assess and refine products using feedback, performance metrics, and organizational needs • Validate the service delivery catalogue • Oversee product performance, care, and feeding • Support capability, value, innovation, technology adoption, product standardization, and best practices • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field • Four additional years of functionally related technical experience may offset the degree requirement • Three years of experience as a Team Lead or Manager in an IT or technology-focused environment • Proven track record of leading digital product transformations and driving measurable impact • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technical fields • Candidates must reside in Ohio or Florida • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information • Must comply with controlled-substance testing after an employment offer • Must comply with the influenza prevention program, including annual vaccination or an approved exemption • Preferred: Experience with end-to-end ownership and management of healthcare products/platforms within a provider environment • Preferred: Experience with healthcare systems such as Epic and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platforms • Preferred: Exposure to AI-driven business process augmentation, automation, and data-driven workflow improvements • Preferred: Strong business stakeholder management experience with clinical, operational, and executive leadership • Preferred: Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and scalable digital solutions • Preferred: Experience collaborating across IT, clinical, and business teams in a complex healthcare environment • Preferred: Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering measurable value and improving operational performance • ITIL Foundations certification is preferred
