📋 Description
• Oversee daily operations • Quality assurance • Escalation triage • Onboarding/ongoing training • Maintain familiarity with current smart phone apps, services, networks, and trends • Brief the team on new product launches and workflow changes • Maintain the Knowledge Base and Macros, including priority levels, tagging logic, and escalations • Maintain team scheduling rotation 365 days a year • Lead team meetings and keep the team aligned and connected • Attend recurring cross-functional meetings and translate updates into actionable guidance • Serve as point of contact for other teams and select client contacts
