📋 Description

• Define the product vision and set the strategic direction with the founders • Work with Solution Architects, sales, and marketing • Shape product direction and translate long-term opportunities into clear priorities • Turn customer, community, and market insights into build and prioritization decisions • Lead new product areas from research and scoping through launch • Collaborate with founders, engineers, and designers on APIs, SDKs, infrastructure, UX, and documentation • Align founders, engineering, sales, marketing, and key customers without unnecessary processes • Improve product-engineering team effectiveness through clear context, judgment, and concise written briefs • Own the quarterly roadmapping process and propose Langfuse's development direction • Build market and emerging-trend understanding, including how engineers use AI for agentic applications • Create product artifacts defining user problems and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Product Manager from developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data, or a similarly technical product • Technical ability to reason credibly about APIs, SDKs, architecture, and UX tradeoffs • Hands-on product approach, including testing products, talking to users, and potentially building small prototypes • Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and product taste • Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and a fast-moving environment • Pragmatic, calm, organized, and focused on shipping • Excellent written and spoken communication • Deep interest in AI and extensive use of AI tools • Experience with open source, enterprise software, or major platform shifts is a plus
