📋 Description
• Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers • Help influencers grow audiences and monetize content • Secure and negotiate deals with brands, agencies, and record labels • Create successful campaigns for the talent roster • Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands • Develop targeted strategies with internal teams to expand reach, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth • Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment • Use in-house influencer management software to cultivate relationships, negotiate contracts, and grow influencer careers
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles • Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills • Proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously • Ability to close deals quickly and nurture long-term relationships • Highly organized with data management skills • Proficient in Google Sheets • Bonus: past experience at a talent agency, marketing agency, or sales-driven roles
