📋 Description

• Process residential clean energy loan applications in line with internal policies and regulatory standards. • Review applications for completeness and program compliance. • Collect, verify, and organize supporting documentation (e.g., pay stubs, utility bills, contracts, IDs). • Ensure adherence to bank lending policies, program guidelines, and regulatory requirements. • Route completed loan files to Document Preparation and Underwriting teams. • Manage the Clean Energy Lending inbox to ensure timely responses. • Provide exceptional customer service through informed, timely, solution-oriented interactions (inbound and outbound). • Identify cross-sell opportunities and conduct outbound sales calls to drive revenue growth. • Support sales campaigns, digital banking initiatives, and training/adoption efforts. • Promote the bank’s mission through community engagement and advocacy for clean energy financing. • Adopt a commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice. • Stay informed of applicable regulatory requirements and complete all mandatory compliance and IT training. • Pursue and demonstrate an understanding of established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations. • Question suspicious activity and collaborate closely with the respective department(s) to help prevent fraudulent activity.
