📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports analyzing variances, trends, and KPIs • Support budgeting and forecasting by gathering data, coordinating with business units, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses for strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and cost management projects • Monitor and report on financial performance against targets and identify areas for improvement • Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance with internal controls and policies • Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers, risks, and opportunities and provide financial guidance • Participate in developing and implementing financial systems and process improvements • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior management • Work occasional overtime during peak reporting periods and travel occasionally in the U.S. for company events and leadership sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles; banking or financial services experience is a strong plus • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis • Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a strong plus • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality • Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills • Knowledge of financial products and services, applicable regulations and laws, business banking products and services, and unique industries and markets • Ability to interpret financial reports and legal documents • Ability to work Eastern Standard Hours • Must be authorized to work in the United States
