📋 Description

• Support Epic implementation, configuration, and maintenance for clinical applications. • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze clinical workflows and optimize system functionality. • Provide expertise in Epic tools, including Clinical Case Management, Rover, MyChart Bedside, Behavioral Health, and Epic Monitor. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing workflows. • Conduct system troubleshooting, integration, and security assessments. • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and quality assurance processes. • Manage project timelines, financial resources, and stakeholder expectations. • Provide technical training and documentation to end-users.

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Certification in EpicCare Inpatient – Clinical Documentation (Secure Chat, Rover, Case Management, Behavioral Health). • 8+ years of experience in Epic implementation, Health IT, and application development. • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and security protocols. • Expertise in system integration, troubleshooting, and enterprise-level IT solutions. • Ability to assess user needs, develop specifications, and provide technical guidance. • Strong experience in software quality assurance, testing, and project management.
