📋 Description
• Configure, maintain, test, and support Cupid functionality • Gather requirements and translate clinical and business needs into Epic solutions • Support cardiology workflows including procedures, scheduling, documentation, and results • Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support • Collaborate with cardiology users, Epic application teams, and technical teams • Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, and go-live activities • Maintain application documentation and workflow specifications
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on experience with Epic Cupid and cardiology workflows • Experience with Epic implementations, optimization, and upgrades • Understanding of cardiology clinical and operational workflows • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Epic Cupid certification preferred
