📋 Description

• Own and manage the ServiceNow product roadmap • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements • Drive platform strategy, enhancements, and integrations • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery • Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices • Join ClinDCast, which partners with healthcare organizations to provide healthcare IT innovation, EHR implementation and optimization, data conversion, regulatory and quality reporting, enterprise data analytics, FHIR interoperability strategy, payer-to-payer data exchange, and API strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience required • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Product Ownership • Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST, APIs, and MID Server • Strong knowledge of workflow automation and ServiceNow platform architecture • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations • Ability to define product roadmap and prioritize the backlog • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred • ITIL Certification preferred
