📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of project managers accountable for delivering complex software implementation projects • Own delivery outcomes across assigned portfolio, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving best practices • Oversee portfolio performance, including revenue forecasting and risk management across all engagements • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customer executives • Deliver clear, concise executive-level reporting on portfolio status • Partner with Sales and Solution teams during pre-sales to scope, resource, and design executable delivery plans • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related discipline • 10+ years of progressive experience leading project and/or program management teams • Active PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or similar certification • 5–7 years of experience building, leading, and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams • Knowledge of software development life cycle concepts
