📋 Description

• Gather, document, and validate customer requirements and workflows • Configure, test, and implement Clinisys ICE solutions • Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, UAT, training, and go-live activities • Support integration and interoperability activities with connected healthcare systems • Contribute to product and process improvements through customer feedback and implementation experience • Support project delivery activities including planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement • Attend or travel to the office on the first day for identity verification, documentation, IT equipment collection, introductions, and orientation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within healthcare technology, healthcare software, clinical systems, or NHS environments • Experience implementing, configuring, supporting, or consulting on software applications • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions • Experience supporting software testing, UAT, deployment, or implementation activities • Understanding of healthcare workflows and operational processes • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and messaging standards such as HL7, FHIR, XML, or similar • Experience working directly with customers in a project or delivery environment • Experience delivering workshops, training sessions, or process reviews • Experience with Clinisys ICE or other electronic requesting/order communications solutions • Experience working with GP systems, EPRs, PAS systems, or other clinical applications • Experience with healthcare integration technologies and messaging interfaces • Experience working for a healthcare software supplier, NHS organisation, or healthcare consultancy • Moderate project management experience • Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes • Core understanding of AI concepts and ability to demonstrate use of AI tools in a professional setting • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (desirable)
