📋 Description

• Jointly own the performance, adoption, and growth of Clio’s full product suite across international markets • Lead product strategy and execution for established regions while enabling scalable expansion into new countries • Drive global product readiness, including localization, multi-lingual support, regulatory requirements, and market-specific workflows • Partner closely with Country GMs and cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Operations • Manage complex stakeholder relationships and balance competing priorities with clarity and diplomacy • Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, currently four, with plans to scale as the international footprint grows • Set clear vision and direction while remaining hands-on and engaged in discovery, prioritization, and delivery • Identify and pitch new opportunities and continuously improve how Clio builds and delivers products for international markets

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading global Saas products across multiple regions and markets • Demonstrated expertise in localization and multi-lingual product development, which is a core requirement for this role • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing across a matrixed organization • Experience leading and growing product teams • Ability to think strategically while remaining detail-oriented and execution-focused • An entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity • Experience working across time zones and cultures, with a customer-first approach
