📋 Description

• Generate leads and source new dental workers through online platforms and job portals • Clearly articulate the app’s value proposition to prospective dental workers • Understand dental workers’ needs and challenges and identify ways to help them succeed on the platform • Establish credibility and rapport with dental workers through strong app knowledge • Serve as the go-to contact for onboarding dental workers and helping them book their first shift • Fill new and urgent shifts quickly in assigned markets • Work closely with dental workers and dental offices

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to hustle / lack of fear • Experience texting, emailing, and talking with English-speaking clients and prospects • Stable high-speed internet connection • A computer workstation (laptop or desktop) • Internationally located (not in the US, CA, UK, NZ, or AU) • Availability to work US time zones • Fluency in English speaking and writing • Strong written/verbal communication • Diligence and motivation to go above and beyond
