• Build and scale a developer community that ships projects • Design and run high-impact programs including hackathons, demo days, builder cohorts, and ambassador programs • Grow SpacetimeDB’s developer ecosystem across Discord, social media, events, and content • Create experiences that attract top builders • Create developer education content about SpacetimeDB, its architecture, and how to use it • Turn community signals into product insight and growth strategy • Partner with engineering leadership to shape developer experience • Build relationships with founders, developers, and ecosystem partners • Drive developer activation and adoption rather than vanity metrics
