• Communicate with prospective customers to generate interest in our products and services. • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage leads effectively. • Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients within the CRM system. • Set up an in-store show area to create customer engagement and product interest. • Demonstrate strong communication and closing skills to secure appointments for the sales team. • Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach strategies and messaging. • Provide exceptional customer service by providing relevant information about our offerings. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand product offerings, market trends, and customer requirements for effective business development. • Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Proven experience in consumer sales or telemarketing, preferably within a B2C environment. • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable. • Strong selling skills with a track record of successful appointment setting. • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Ability to demonstrate effective customer service techniques and build rapport with potential clients. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to building client relationships. • US Citizen or valid work visa, with a clean driving record, and must pass a background check. • A proactive attitude toward lead generation efforts.
