📋 Description

• Own a feature's growth by selecting the metric, building the plan, and improving performance • Build bots, agentic workflows, and automations to ship content and experiments at scale • Publish content, tools, and pages quickly, review results, and iterate • Pursue collaborations, backlinks, mentions, and placements through Reddit, Quora, Substack, partners, and PR • Form hypotheses, launch experiments, analyze signals, log results, and stop ineffective experiments • Run at least 5 experiments per week and demonstrate measurable weekly progress • Increase brand visibility and citation frequency across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native English; able to write, edit, and pitch convincingly • AI-native mindset and experience building with AI tools, agents, and automations • Ability to ship, learn, and iterate quickly with ownership of performance metrics • Growth-oriented ability to identify levers, test them, and scale what works • Comfortable working across content, outreach, automation, and analysis • Bonus: experience with SEO/GEO, linkbuilding, or community/PR outreach • Bonus: experience building scrapers, bots, or content pipelines • Bonus: track record of quickly growing a feature or page with measurable results
