📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for CloudZero's agentic and automated decision systems • Identify high-impact opportunities to translate financial signals and operational signals into clear recommendations or automated actions • Define when systems should observe, recommend, require human approval, or act autonomously • Explicitly model trust, safety, blast radius, rollback, and auditability in all designs • Lead end-to-end product development for complex, system-level workflows • Write clear, precise product requirements and specifications • Partner deeply with engineering on architectural and technical tradeoffs • Collaborate with experience design to ensure agentic behavior is understandable, predictable, and usable • Drive iterative delivery with explicit success criteria, learning plans, and rollback strategies • Engage directly with enterprise customers to validate automation acceptance and explainability requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Product Manager building B2B SaaS products in technically complex domains • Strong product craft, including writing detailed PRDs, specs, and decision documents, and translating ambiguous problems into well-scoped, testable solutions • Experience owning products involving automation, orchestration, or decision systems, such as infrastructure or DevOps tooling, data orchestration or pipeline management, observability and operational analytics, or security and remediation workflows • Comfort working closely with engineers on system behavior, edge cases, and failure modes • Experience designing workflows where trust, correctness, and false positives matter • Demonstrated ability to own a complex product area end-to-end and ship outcomes, not just capabilities.
