📋 Description

• Scheduler manages complex project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. • Develop and maintain detailed schedules, analyze progress and risks, and support decision-making through forecasting and scenario planning. • Close collaboration with project teams, reporting on schedule performance, and contributing to claims or dispute analysis. • Mentor junior staff and establish scheduling best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or other related field. • 5-10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs. • Advanced proficiency in specified software including, but not limited to, Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Knowledge of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering and scheduling. • Experience with time impact analysis. • Experience with construction claims and change orders. • Primavera P6 proficiency. • WBS Knowledgeable.
