• 5 years of experience in AI/ML strategy, digital transformation, or related roles • Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, generative AI, and agentic systems • Proven track record of translating technical concepts for executive and non-technical audiences • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple AI initiatives simultaneously • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and AI ethics frameworks • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
