📋 Description

• Support and develop Risk Control strategies that positively impact profitability and Global Property Organization goals • Build partnerships with Technology, Manufacturing, Life Science and Small Business leaders • Develop and maintain risk assessment technical guidance for fire, special hazards and human element programs • Align strategies with organizational goals, codes and standards • Serve as strategic partner to Marketing and Client Service leadership and teams • Develop custom deliverables and analyze risk control strengths and weaknesses • Partner with Property Learning and Development and Quality Assurance on organizational learning, development, mentorship and industry expertise • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners • Shape new industry relationships and serve as a known expert among Risk Control staff, CNA and industry partners • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Highest technical expertise in a Risk Control product line, industry, risk control program, or specialty • Expertise in fire protection and special hazards • Ability to develop specialized fire/special hazard risk management strategies • Knowledge of risk assessment technical guidance, codes and standards • Ability to analyze risk control strengths and weaknesses • Experience developing and maintaining internal and external business relationships • Ability to support organizational learning, development, mentorship and advancement of industry expertise • Scope of responsibility includes the United States or globally combined with a Risk Control product or industry
