• Source and acquire new clients to build business • Use TRPG generated leads, referral leads, and outbound calling leads to educate and convert into clients through the Wealth Accelerator Process • Follow up with prospective clients, maximize relationships, create referrals and referral partnership • Work with prospective clients and current clients to understand their goals, concerns and current financial information. Analyze information to create a long-range financial plan • Develop and maintain a base of clients who value your input and guidance • Work with clients to keep their financial plans current and aligned with their goals • Maximize relationships, create referrals and keep SalesForce updated • Research industry guidelines. Stay up to date with current events and market trends • Comply with current policies and procedures for financial, investment, tax and insurance industry
• At least 5 years of Financial Services industry experience • At least 3 years of experience as a planning based Advisor • FINRA Series 65 License or 7 and 66 • CFP designation is preferred • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRMs
